The Healing Yoga Program is a holistic journey that offers you space and time to turn inward. This is not a therapeutic approach that looks for external solutions, it’s a healing process that begins within you. Charlotte’s role is to gently guide you using tools she explored, practiced, and shared over the years: yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, visualization, rest, creativity, open exchange, and meaningful conversations.
The 20 sessions can be spread over 2 or 3 months, giving you the flexibility to move at your own rhythm. This way, you can integrate the practice comfortably into your life and create the space you need to truly reconnect with yourself.

1:1 Online Yoga Sessions
In each class, we combine gentle meditation, guided breath work, and accessible asanas (postures) to help you feel balanced, calm, and connected. You’ll also learn the basic philosophy and lifestyle principles of yoga in a clear, simple way, so you can understand how yoga supports your daily life, not just your time on the mat.
These sessions are perfect for anyone wanting personal guidance, a slower pace, or a deeper connection to their practice.

Padmapulse Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a meditative and therapeutic practice that uses the vibration of instruments, such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gong to bring harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. The resonance of sound works on a cellular level, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and restore energetic balance.
During a session, you are invited to simply lie down, close your eyes, and receive. The vibrations guide your nervous system into deep relaxation, allowing your body to activate its natural healing response.
